Steve is a mechanical engineer who has also worked in aerospace. Growing up near Washington D.C., he remembers propliners, silver Air Force planes, and Pennsylvania Railroad GG1s. Steve caught the model railroad and railfanning bug in Europe in the '80s. He has a huge collection of Worldwide 1/160 scale trains and 1/144 scale planes from WWII to present.
